We provide basic school supplies for

children around the world.

Goal: 60 Days...5,000 School Packets

Phase One: Gathering Supplies

We will involve communities and organizations in Fairfield County in gathering USED school supplies to give to Mayan children in rural Guatemala. Basic items like pencils and paper will enable a child to participate in school. We hope to send hundreds of children to school as a result of donations from this drive alone. Many children do not attend school for lack of a pencil and paper.

Phase Two: Packaging

In mid-January, volunteers will meet to sort and package the items to prepare them for shipping in late-January.

The school supply drive will end Dec 31.
